Forrest’s specialty is improving organizational effectiveness through team development. It’s the people who make a difference in a truly successful dental practice. Forrest is a veteran of sales and marketing given his 18 plus years with Procter and Gamble in increasing capacities. He was promoted seven times, moved to seven locations around the country and given 18 different responsibilities. As Vice President of Integrity Systems, a training organization, Forrest helped thousands of people become more effective communicators. As President of DVelop Inc., a training and development organization, he consulted with businesses to increase profitability by growing their people. He has hired over 1500 people and trained over 15,000 sales employees and 1300 managers and executives. His previous clients included Rolls Royce, Procter & Gamble, Allstate Insurance, and Nobel Biocare.

He was formerly the Director of Training and Education for Nobel Biocare in Yorba Linda, California, where he helped coordinate 2500 educational programs per year. He was previously a speaker focused on practice growth through marketing programs designed for the dental industry, as well as staff development and training in Leadership, Communications, Team Building, Goal Realization and treatment plan acceptance. He has presented to over 500 different organizations with over 17,500 Dental professionals attending including 200 programs for Seattle Study Clubs. He served a unique role to the Nobel Biocare team as a trainer, coach, consultant and speaker for North America.

Forrest relocated to Southern California from Phoenix, Arizona, has been married 38 years, and has 3 sons and 7 grandchildren. He has volunteered as a High School assistant coach for Football and Wrestling. Over 14 years these programs have achieved 4 State Championships, two finalists, and 2 semi-finalists. He has found his focus on communication, leadership, goal realization, and team building to be incredibly rewarding beyond the business world, through the practical application of these organizational principles and the impact it has made on the lives of the young people he has mentored.

LECTURE FEES

Speaker fees vary by length of program from $2500 for a local study club, to $3500 for a half day program (including travel), to $4500 for a full day, plus hotel and flight/transportation. Contact him for possible special rates in conjunction with your local Nobel Representative. Programs can be 2-hour presentations, or 4-hour workshops up to a full day on Team Building and Goal Realization. Plan registration and any meals as additional time.

AUDIO/VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

LCD projector and screen, Flip Chart and markers, and wireless lapel remote microphone.
